13th Month. WHERE IS TIME GOING....??

JAKEY BAKEY Happy 16th Birthday you old man! You'd better have had an awesome time and that new pet you have got needs to be named Sonic ;) It sounds like your week has been really fun, I loved hearing about Peter jumping off his seat and dancing to the devil went down to Georgia! Funny enough, there is a sister here in my zone now from Georgia... so that was extra funny!! 

I really also liked hearing that you got to meet the muslim guy who wanted to buy the sheep... I've actually met a lot of people here from Saudi Arabia and other places of the Middle East who can't speak a lot of English... here in Dagupan there are also a lot of people from Nigeria... it's pretty fun to meet them :)

It's so funny because I got reminded just now that there is a Shwarma place near our apartment... I think I should go and try that this week.... I don't know why on earth that entered into my head xD

Anyways, my big news this week is that our investigator, M T... has PASSED his baptismal interview :D And not only that, but I guess that he passed with flying colors! It's super exciting... especially since he has been able to finish the Book of Mormon in a short 4 weeks! I think that it's so amazing to be a missionary... because I'm being able to see the direct effects of the gospel in the lives of everyday people! This old man was literally picked up off the street and has had his life changed for the better :) Man, I wish that you guys could meet this old man... he's super cool! (And speaks good English... so you guys wouldn't have too hard of a time!!) Anyways though, this week we should be having another interview for one of the other investigators who we have been teaching for a while... we feel like that should go pretty well as well! 

   There was also a big stake-wide celebration this week for the 'Jubilee' which is the special celebration for the 50th year anniversary of the Philippines Urdaneta Stake! We also sung our special mission song as a Zone for the whole stake... which was way super fun!! :D

Lingayen, Alaminos, Dagupan, Bayambang, Calasiao

So that was actually a lot of fun, and we sounded pretty good :) In fact, there should be 20 total missionaries here in Dagupan by the end of this week! President D called us and said that this week there will be another set of missionaries put into our ward... which is pretty exciting, it'll be pretty nice to have some more help working here in Dagupan 2nd Ward!!

This week we will be having our special Christmas conference, which ought to be a really fun experience... that and Elder C and I will be giving a workshop for all the missionaries who will be attending (which is honestly kind of scary to think about, but I think that it's going to be a really fun experience!)

But for now, that's about my week... it was pretty awesome! Take care you guys, I can't wait to see y'all weirdos on Skype in two weeks!

PS- CRAZY story... we got locked out of our apartment this week so I climbed up this wall and squeezed in this one spot so that we could get back in... that's the story behind my picture on top of that wall.

     We also have an inside joke as a Zone... "where are the banguses" (which is totally wrong grammar) so I literally went and got it put onto a shirt!! xD

I will be able to Skype this coming December 26!!! Probably sometime around 12-1pm here. I don't know what time that will be out there... but I'm sure you guys can figure that our pretty quickly :)
